When I was about 35 years old I had a very bad soreness in my left big toe. I thought that maybe I broke it jumping out of my truck at work. It was bad, but not enough to signal to me that maybe something else was wrong.

Disclaimer: Everyone's personal chemistry is different, so your experience may vary. This is a description of mine.

I find that what works best for me is to drink at least 100 fl. oz. of water per day (the rule of thumb is, 40% of your body weight, read as fluid ounces, e.g., 200 lbs. --> 80 fl. oz.), easy on the meat, and note that some meats are better than others. Good quality beef or turkey works best for me, a few ounces per meal if at all, and well balanced with vegetables and so forth. If I get any twinge at all, I pop a Uricinex capsule, perhaps for a day as suggested, and I won't need any Ibuprofens.

I haven't had an acute attack in several years this way.

These days you have to be an informed consumer. In my experience, medical doctors have no time to sort this out for you. Like the police, they address the crime after it occurs.

I am a Malaysian suffering from joint discomfort since I was 34 (I am 50 today). I am familiar with all forms of chemicals. August 11, 2004 I noticed a slight swelling in my right foot around midday. By the time my work day was over, I could barely walk. A co-worker had to pick me up at the back door to our building to drive me to my car. I managed to get home using my left foot for accelerating and braking.

When I arrived home, I limped to my easy chair and placed my right foot upon the hassock. My husband, Dave, pulled off my shoe without a problem. However, I hit the ceiling when he attempted to remove my sock. The pain was unbelievable.

Somehow I managed to fall asleep that night with cold compresses and lots of Motrin. Needless to say, I phoned in sick the next morning and made a doctor's appointment for the next day, Friday the 13th.

Friday morning, I felt as though I was walking on broken glass. I was certain I broke my toe at the gym Tuesday evening and this was just a delayed reaction.

Unfortunately, the doctor took one look at my big toe and declared I had [removed]. I couldn't believe it - this happens to old men like my Dad, not to a 52 year old female.

Since that second attack four years ago, I have not had a major flare up. Now and then, I may experience a slight twinge, but never ever any swelling.

When I take Uricinex, I don't have any attacks...

I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your product Uricinex. This condition runs in our family, and I have suffered attacks for the last 10 years. When I take Uricinex, I don't have any attacks, but when I run out, the condition comes back within weeks.

I just re-ordered 6 bottles of Uricinex, because I love turkey and all the trimmings, and as you know, turkey is one of those foods that promotes uric acid, which contributes to this condition. I am a 53 year old male that lived with joint swelling and soreness for over 10 long years. I had been to the doctor's weekly trying every chemical on the market to ease my attacks which occurred all the time. At one point I crawled out of bed to my car to drive myself to the emergency hospital. This attack went to my right big toe all the way up to my knee which had swollen up to the size of a grapefruit. With Uricinex I have not had an acute attack!

All I can say is that Uricinex is wonderful and please don't change the formula. Back in Feb. of 2008 I had a terrible attack on my joints that lasted for about a month and each time I had an attack it would last longer.

But since I started taking Uricinex I have not had an acute attack. I just about eat what I want to but I also know when to stop eating certain foods. I love Uricinex!

Uricinex seems to help control my problem...

Uricinex seems to help control my problem as you know it is very painful and this stops the pain which really helps me. It is not a cure but it is natural and is not some harmful medication from the doctor. Duane

I am on my feet for most of the day with absolutely no discomfort whatsoever.

I started taking Uricinex a little over a year ago. I was taking 2-3 capsules daily and saw results within the first week or two. I was quickly able to lower my usage to one capsule daily after that. I have not missed a day of work in the last year...

I have been using Uricinex for problems with joint soreness for about the last year and a half, and the product is great. I would get the discomfort in my left knee and Uricinex has helped me tremendously in keeping fluid from building up in my knee. I have also changed my diet, but I would not go without taking Uricinex twice a day or go out of town without having a bottle of Uricinex with me. The greatest thing is there are no side effects with this product.

In the past, doctors have tried to put me on multiple chemical solutions, but now I only take the Uricinex. I have not missed a day of work in the last year due to joint soreness. Thank you for a wonderful product.

I could not fit my shoe over my swollen toe...

In 2004 my right foot felt sore as though I banged it against something hard. But, I didn't remember what it was. This reoccurred a few times until about the third time my foot started to swell. It would swell so much it was hard to sleep, let alone walk. My right shoe could not fit over my big right toe and foot.

I went to a podiatrist, and after a blood test found my uric acid level was very high. After some research I believe it was my blood pressure chemical regimen that was causing the high uric acid side effect. I was given chemicals from the podiatrist and two other doctors. These were temporary fixes. They did not keep the inflammation from happening again.

I tried black cherry juice extract, which worked great the first time I used it. After that it no longer worked. I also tried other natural remedies.
